At 5,958 miles or 9,589km, Tokyo is a long way away, no matter what way you look at it . . . so logistically, transporting the Irish Olympic teams equipment to the other side of the world in a safe and timely manner might pose as a nightmare to most, but, yet again Hyland was able to load the five laser dinghies, two ribs, seven bikes and a full gym into a 1 x 40′ Container. The sceptics said it couldn’t be done but it’s loaded and on the way to Tokyo!

Pictured above with their boats and equipment is the future of Irish sailing, Ewan McMahon, Liam Glynn, Aishling Keller and Aoife Hopkins who will represent Ireland in Tokyo for Pre-Olympic regattas.
